I offer to deal with your cases in the field of civil law, including cases in the field of labor law and family law. I conduct cross-border cases involving parties living outside Poland, including those requiring representation in foreign courts and the application of foreign law.

Divorce, division of joint property, parental authority, alimony - also enforcement of decisions from another country and in another country;

Businesses

I offer comprehensive legal services for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as conducting individual cases. I advise on the most suitable choice for incorporating businesses in Poland, and carry out the necessary administrative and registration formalities, including obtaining permits and licences. I prepare draft contracts and support negotiations with business partners, suppliers, service providers and customers. I investigate receivables at the pre-trial stage, as well as in enforcement proceedings. I specialize in collecting debts from foreign contractors using European procedures.

Foreign entrepreneurs

I offer comprehensive services related to securely launching and running a company in Poland. I provide representation in disputes with Polish entrepreneurs, employees and administrative bodies. I communicate in English and French.

Due to my frequent travels to Belgium, I offer the possibility of direct contact in Belgium.

Principles of cooperation an costs

If the case falls within the scope of the Law Firm's competence, I propose a first meeting as a legal consultation, which includes familiarisation with the case and any documents sent, analysis of the case and indication of possible directions of action, solution to the problem, and indication of the consequences of the actions taken. This consultation has a paid, one-off character.

If the client decides to follow through with the proposed solution, the fee amount is determined individually, as well as the method of contact between the Law Firm and the client (various forms of contact are possible, including electronic) and the method of payment documentation. At each step of the case proceedings I aim to explain all legal issues as well as various actions and their consequences in an accessible and substantive way.
